Detailed - Itinerary
Hagia Sophia Day 1: Devrent Imagination Valley (Take a walk through this lunar landscape where different rock formations can be seen),
Pasabaglari (Fairy chimneys),
Avanos (Pottery demonstration with the Hittite technique),

Lunch at a local cave restaurant or Ortahisar Restaurant (Special Turkish cuisine with the view of rock Castle of Ortahisar),
Uchisar Rock-Castle (Highest point in the region, great for seeing the sunset)
Esentepe (Panoramic view of Goreme valley),
Goreme Open Air Museum (Rock cut churches, frescos, monastery)

Overnight in Cappadocia.

   

Day 2:
Derinkuyu underground city,
Ihlara canyon (4 km trek),
Belisirma village,
Lunch in Belisirma Village,
Selime (Panoramic view point),
Agzikarahan (13th century Seljukian caravansaray on the silk road).
