Rooms
The hotel has six individually decorated rooms, all of them approached by stairs. The rooms are named in memory of the uses to which they were put when this was still a family home. Two of them are suites, one with a separate sleeping area that makes it ideal for a small family. One smaller room has twin beds.
Most rooms have stone fireplaces. All have cool, travertine-lined bathrooms, some with Jacuzzis, most with walk-in showers and hamam basins. Then there are the surprises - ancient rock-cut mangers, wheat and wine storage units, and huge chimneys turned into the sort of quirky features that make this a real place to remember
